In-N-Out no time wasted the staff is excellent service technician did their job. I honestly prefer one person to touch my car, that way we know who have the service record so no one can say oh that was like that somebody else did that when you have one person accountable because they're the only one touch in the car

Needed a recall service mechanic is not the nicest person to work with about servicing the car. Workers inside the dealership are always nice but I guess you not too important unless you making a purchase. But experiences like this will make me think twice before giving this dealership any time or money towards future purchases.

Kept my car 13 days too long for an alternator. Did not keep me updated daily. Made calls daily put on hold no one picked up. Hard to reach by phone transferred here there and could not get update my car. Very rude charged me extra to use my debit card. Never had to pay extra Run business poorly they lost my tire lugs and personal key which I paid for. I will never ever take my car for service there.

First i must say my vehicle was not service at nissan of the Bronx.. i service it at Crabtree Nissan in Middlebury CT my first time there and it was very smooth and professional such a difference from Bronx nissan i will never bring my vehicle ever back to nissan of the Bronx they should be shut down and dump with all the workers inside.

My service advisor was Michael Rosa, he was courteous and professional. He maintained constant communication with me while my Nissan Sentra SV was being serviced. When the work was complete he took his time to go over every item thoroughly and explained the fees associated with each item. I highly recommend them to Nissan owners looking to get service done right on their vehicles by Nissan certified technicians.

They check the car. I waited six hours. They told me they had to order the battery and I thought they will get it in at a reasonable time. They could have told me to go and they will call me later. At lease give the the choice. Not let me sit there for six hours. I was very frustrated.
