The good side: The service was performed on time and there were no problems.
The not-so-good side: after the service was completed, the service advisor told me that my tires were very old. But he did not do a good job of explaining why this was a problem. I was able to get an explanation from my friends on Facebook and I'll be taking the car to American Tire Depot (where I get my tire work done) to replace them.

Carlos took great care of me including calling the Nissan Warranty people to have the gear shift replacement authorized and paid for.
Please keep an eye out for us 2021 LEAF owners waiting for the CHADMO fast charge recall fix. So far no fix available. Wow.

The charge of $240 to just "diagnose" a problem that I told them about is ridiculous. Thus, I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed.
Otherwise, the basic service was fine. Everyone was polite.

Last time I'll go there when service advisor supervisor had audacity to tell me not to get service there when I have trust issues on my complaint on tire rotation when I have curb rash knowledge and they cannot let me see whole operation on cctv.

I spent $959 on a car with 8400 miles. Not sure if needed all that work done yet. I guess I should have got the extended warranty. Also shouldn't charge 3% fee on credit card transactions.
