Made an appointment a week before and was told parts would be in. Had to take a day off from work. Parts were not in. Told to come back tomorrow. Came back and they had wrong part. They ran out to get after market part. Did not get any discount for the trouble

Made an appointment to test drive, when we went car was sold already, however they kept trying to get us to look at leases,which we did not want. the next day they called saying we missed our appt, which we didn't. That person did follow through and confirm that the sale for the one we wanted to test drive actually finished the purchase.

This dealer was the worst experience I've ever had. They bait and switched me with the price, added on a extra illegal fee after I put a deposit and they signed me up for insurance. This dealership is committing fraud and should be shut down. BUYER BEWARE! Do not go here! I've never had a worse buying experience in my life

This was a 20,000 mile warranty oil change. The dealer charged Toyota $161.00 to change the oil, rotate the tires, and do a dozen other "checks" that my service station will do for under $100 in the same time. Except, perhaps, update CARFAX' service records. The service was good, but the dealership's Team Approach is expensive without adding significant value.
