Although there are other local Nissan service departments, I drive 30 minutes away to Silsbee because of the way this service department is run. I can see (and save) a video tour of the services and inspections on my vehicle. The service department does a walk through with video and narrative in real time. I see what they see and they speak throughout the video to let me know what they find, and where I stand on upcoming maintenance and any issues they find. I also speak with the concierge that greets me when I arrive who also updates me on the findings and my path forward. They speak to me like family, we have conversations about my service needs, and the conversations feel like I am talking to a friend or family member that is helping me understand the problem and all the resolutions available to me. They follow up with me after the service, by phone, and they reach out by text the next day to follow up and to provide me with a direct phone number to the service manager should I need to contact him directly. I leave with my car cleaned and a feeling of being treated like family. Highly Recommended!
