My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon and the temperature was 95 degrees. I called two other dealerships to see if I could have my car towed to their facility and they said no. They allowed me to have my car towed there and they worked hard with Subaru to get the part that I needed replaced. They were always courteous when I called and professional.

Good job replacing the fan on the radiator. Jasen Webb always does a good job. I have had alot of batterys put on cars and trucks Mr Webb cleaned the battery post He done a good job on that also. The only complain that I have is the price is to high which makes me want to go else where. Mr Webb also does a good job on alignments. I also told the owner of the dealership what a good job he does.

I am so thankful I was nearby when my car started running hot due to my coolant leaking out that was due to maintenance done on my car FROM ANOTHER AUTO CARE PLACE, Which needless to say will NEVER TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN..Thank you NISSAN OF PARIS you will be the only one to service my car from now on.

I appreciate the good work they do. The only concern I have is lack of communication. Although the work was covered under an extended warranty, I would like to receive updates on the repair issues, time frame of work, when I might expect it to be finished.

I only asked for oil change not 12 point inspection,so was charged for that. Lady came to tell me in a VERY LOUD VOICE ,How my car was very dangerous to drive,needed brakes and rotators. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me in front of others. I told her I would have them checked out and repaired as needed. BUT NOT FROM THEM.I will have oil change somewhere else. Maybe because my car was not a Nissan.
