They did not check the car in an appropriate way, because of that they did not tell me what was wrong or right. Before I gave the car to them everything was okay but when they gave the car back to me the dashboard lit. I talked with the advisor and I showed him, he took the car again to the shop and when he brought the car to me he didn't give me a professional answer. I still don't know what is wrong with my car.

Went in for an oil change, show it up almost 10 minutes late and they still saw me that is a very big plus for me I was directed towards their Lobby to wait and I don't know how long it was but it to me it didn't seem all that long for an oil change so in my opinion a 10 out of 10

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Drove in with a busted car and drove off with a gorgeous ride of my choice that I love driving. The ONLY reason I did not do 5 stars is because we ended up leaving with almost twice the monthly payment we were wanted.

Friendly and professional service. Nice customer waiting area. Fast service. Only drawback was telling me I owed nothing and then calling me at home to tell me they forgot to charge me for the oil change outside of that I was pleased with the service.

My service advisor was nice. What I did not like was being charged $75 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle; a Hyundai Santa Fe. I own a 2016 RAM 1500 5.7 HEMI V-8 and my oil changes don't cost this amount. BTW...a RAM 1500 requires six quarts of oil. Pure dealer greed at McCarthy of Olathe.

It was my first visit with Olathe Nissan since the purchase of McCarthy Nissan, I was very leery since I had so many difficulties trying to schedule the appointment. It all went well and very smoothly. I wish them well and I hope they get all their kinks worked out and stay on top just as McCarthy Nissan did.
