Had to have my engine replaced. That wasn't good. But Nissan paid for it. That was good. I have reservations as to how my car will behave going forward after reading about others who've had theirs replaced. Time will tell. I've had my car back for 2 weeks and all is running fine.

The main complain we bring to the shop was not solve instead they change everything that doesnt need to change. And they charged the customer way in advance even they didnt do anything yet. We got the car in the same date without solving our problem of the car and they already charged almost $3000 for the unnecessary charges. That was very expensive on our part because the car is an old car and we dont have the means to spend that much.

Waiting time is horrible , also on my first oil change visit , I had a concern on the front struts , they looked at it and found nothing , after when I got home my lug nut lock was missing the tech failed to put it back on , on my last service they were suppose to order a replacement and it's been 2 weeks and no follow through.

Did not like the high cost of service , and they only rotated half of my set of tires . When I advised the service tech he corrected the problem. That does install a lot of confidence with me. How much other work was really preformed or not.. which I paid for ?

I took my car in for it's 200K service. It was performed well and all the services were explained by the Service Representative. No problems or issues. I've been going to Mission Hills Nissan for my scheduled car services for many years now and I would recommend them.

The wait time was terrible, and the communication was even worse. The least I could've gotten was a better gas voucher considering when I went to the gas station I find out other people had bigger vouchers than me, after having to walk back to the shop myself just to figure out how much longer my car would be. And that's after being told "a couple of minutes" every time that had me there for and extra 2 hours somehow.

Service Advisor Jazmine Hernandez took care of my service needs in a prompt manner. She is very respectful and diligent. She always has a smile on her face and she is my go to person in the Service Deparrment.. My car service was taken care of by the technician with no arising issues.

The service was all good but the person who delivered the car was very rude to us, asking if we had already paid for the service and asking if we should show him the invoices. All in a disrespectful manner. The person appears to be dark-skinned and not very tall.

Talked to Yusuf on the phone. I was interested in a used car and told him I had a very specific budget. He promised he would sell me a new car for the price of a used one. I drove all the way to Mission Hills only to hear that "the best price" was $2,500 higher than initially discussed. And the used car I inquired about "wasn't available".

The oil change ans servoce was fine. Carlos the advisor was not friendly at all. The make things worse, he charged for the tire rotation and it was not completed. But the manager, Mervin was great. He reimbursed me for the tire rotation that was not completed

Terrible, I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. All went well until I found out that they only put 4 of my tire lug nuts on. The missing lug nut was my rim lock. Now going back tomorrow to speak with a manager about their services and sending me home with an unsafe vehicle.

Mission Hills Nissan service depart was great. The staff was really helpful and ready to assist me for my recall service appointment and it only took about a couple of hours and they were able to give me a lift back home while I was waiting. They offered me a pick up ride however, I only live about 4 miles away so I declined. Will definitely be coming back for my services needs.
