I wasn't there as long I as expected. I met a salesperson while I was waiting. He was friendly and professional. He wasn't pushy in trying to sell me a car. The service young man explained the results of the inspection and your recommendations. Two service items were taken care of and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day.

I always feel welcomed & at home when I'm there. Treated very well by the service person that helped me that day. What I didn't like is that I had to pay out of pocket for my oil change which I've never had to do before because it's included in my monthly car note payments. That needs to be explained to me in writing.

I left my car outside in the night drop and that's when it was very cold out side. The service tech who brought my truck in the bay for service broke my drivers side door handler and didn't report it but it was on my close out bill. I didn't have an extra $400 to fix something that I didn't break.

No part of the buying experience went well from purchase to finance and even charged for new plates. When they refunded us the money we simply got a call "come get your check" and never offered to mail it. So many other things went wrong as well. Do NOT recommend.

They do nothing to make you comfortable. Sometimes hard to know who I was dealing with. They did allow me to take the car to my own mechanic and fixed the recommended items. Always a tedious process but got a pretty fair deal with review and negotiation. The car " detail" isn't my idea of a clean car. Wasn't even washed and just wiped down with some slick cleaner.

Service performed correctly and in a timely manner. Inspection found a few additional items that needed to be done, which included tie-rod ends w/alignment. Inspection of Nissan transmission, an item I constantly worry about, showed fluid was dark, so fluid replaced. Hope to keep car until ~200K miles. All in all, this was a very good experience.

This was my first time at this location. I arrived with no appointment. The service advisor Kadeen, got to me immediately. Wait time was very minimal. Kadeen has excellent customer service. I was very impressed. The general manager even came out and introduced hisself. Very nice as well!!! Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Facility is nice and clean. I will be back!
