Usually a good experience. Just paid my car off last month and was told of many problems with my car. I bought both my cars from Nissan North. I thought it was a little to much to approach me with estimates of $3000.00 of estimates that my car needs when it seems like it drives very smooth.

Most of the Nissan employees are pleasant however I was text " please let me know as soon as possible so we can continue to make money!!" I felt pressured I was asked to check mark the work I wanted done. I was not sitting on my cell phone at the time but learning a new job I wasn't able to respond quick enough it seemed.

This is the fourth time that I had been in with the same issue of the backup camera and touch pad going out. Clock also kept resetting. Mis-diagnosed the first three times. Everything is working now, but I am not holding my breath that the issue won't resurface.

Service person was great. However, Nissan North did not honor the tire insurance i purchased. Chunks of 2 tires were taken from pot holes. I used rubber seal to cover the hole as we are uber drivers and it would be a week before the service appointment. They would not replace the damaged tires stating they are not losing air. Thus, we are at risk each time we drive of having a serious blowout due to damaged tires.

Kendall was exceptional as always. He went above and beyond by cleaning the front windshield when I mentioned it was difficult for me to do. It sounds like a little thing, but having a streak free, clear front windshield has improved my quality of life.

Recently noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor. I hope to take it back today or tomorrow. I'm assuming the leak was the result of the recent oil change which caused the low performance rating - maybe it is due to something else but it started leaking shortly after the oil change.

Jeremy Mullins is a number 1 salesman. He works hard to make sure you are in the car you want and can afford and listens to all your needs. He explains things in layman's terms and is always willing and able to help even after the sale is completed. I cannot imagine purchasing a car without his knowledge and assistance.

Most of the service was very good to excellent. The only complaint was that after the service, a warning light came on which was possibly a tire sensor. I brought it back in the shop, who checked the tires and found them OK. But still the warning light continued to show. Another shop, Firestone here in Mount Vernon, checked the tire sensors and found them to be in good order. The warning lights have stopped.

Lee is definitely an asset to your Service Department. He was very empathetic to my situation. I needed a rebuilt engine for my 2018 Pathfinder. He spent a number of hours searching for the engine. Switched here from Georgesville Nissan because I trust the staff here more. I wish I could switch my points from that shop too. I was troubled that I had to put air in my tires only 5 days after having been in the shop, but it was really cold so... This group has done great work on both of my cars over the last year.

I've been going to Nissan North since 2015. Their service has been outstanding. I brought my Rouge in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for new windshield wipers. They were not put on. I was charged for the oil change, but I had a prepaid oil change package. Not a good experience this time.
