I will never come back to this place. Since I bought my car, I've only received terrible customer service. A screw even got lodged in my tire while it was in their service bay, and they didn't even bother to address it. Zero respect for customers' time and not even an apology. Don't waste your time at this place; I'm sure you'll find better service anywhere else.

My service technician, Dave Reit, was very polite and courteous when I called the service department at 7AM because multiple dashboard light came on while I was driving in the area. He realized the problem may take time to diagnose and set me up in a loaner since I actually lived in Essex County. Took two days, but I got my vehicle back and a list of repair items I need to focus on.

I loved the comunication my Service Advisor (JD) kept with me during the whole process of my vehicle being serviced.Throughout the day he kept me abrush of what was going on and I greatly appreciated it. Then when I came in to pick up up vehicle he came over, reintoduce himself, reiterated what occured with my car, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very comdortable with this exchange.

Overall no issues with Service, the only concern is that they do not allow multiple coupons/offers so what it means that you need a new appointment for any work which is result of inspection which in this is very frustrating as a customer and a loss to the center as I can get that done anywhere else
