The service advisor, Tom was very attentive and knowledgable. The dealership has a very nice waiting area with a diner that was "open" during my early morning first service. As employees were arriving for work they were cheerful and acknowledged you with a pleasant "good morning" or "can I get you anything". Nice experience and fairly fast if it wasn't for a power outage while my truck was being washed.
