The treatment and communication was great. But there was a delay due to a tool/computer/machine malfunction. The vehicle had to be taken to another dealership to test. Also a piece of the car was not put back on after the service. They had to come pick up the vehicle and take it back to the dealership to reinstall the part. These led to additional miles being put on the vehicle to resolve.

I enjoy working with Niello service. James French, in particular, is very communicative, clear, and considerate. I drive 97 miles each way to get the car serviced at Niello for this reason. Battery failed next day, stranding me, so flagging that would have been good since the battery was over six years old. However, in general very thorough and have always found and fixed problems.

Advertised price changes drastically once you show interest in purchasing the car. Add ons were added without consent and then when called out I was told that all add ons are required by law. If the is the case why not advertise the correct price since their add ons are mandatory. They would just play games back and forth.

Find yourself another shop.... These people are infuriating to work with. They'll push and push to get you to do what they want. Then if there's any issues they continue to pass you down the chain of people to finally return a call. Simply said FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER SHOP! The advisers provided good service and did their best to help. However, the technicians had a poor level of diagnostic skill. They identified issues with the connectors, but this was incorrect. The main issue was a faulty gateway. A third-party service correctly diagnosed and resolved the problem at a much lower cost than the official service. As a result, I ended up spending $300 for nothing.
