Was having some work done and paid a lot down on it and got a call back after dropping car off that it turned out to be a simpler and easier and much cheaper fix and they refunded the difference and sent me on my way. Very helpful and made sure the customer was treated with respect and professionalism.

Went in for a water pump and timing belt (which was diagnosed by another mechanic), don't know why they decided to rediagnose my car, they tore my engine apart and said I had a seized engine and when I refuse a new engine, they charged me for the diagnosis and I paid, they returned my car and left the engine in pieces and didn't put it back together. Sent the car back and they charged me again for putting the engine back together, which it shouldn't have been taken apart to begin with.
