I liked that I was able to get my oil change done the very next day. However, be prepared for it to take about two hours. You can wait there; they have a few chairs, or ask your friend to drive you and bring you back when your car is ready. But overall, they were very polite and did a great job.

Nick's seems to have good mechanics and service. However, they do not break out the cost of parts and labor, and that makes it difficult to figure out if their pricing is reasonable. I'd cautiously recommend them.

Nick's always lets me know what service is urgent and what can wait and for how long. They not only did an excellent job, but they made sure that the car was ready when I needed it. I was particularly grateful that Chris gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. That's what I call service!

Work was performed at predicted cost and within predicted time. Inspection of vehicle was thorough, and descriptions of issues found were clear and concise. Only negative is that parking area is congested, a minor issue. Will go back for future service.

They were great. The texting with service details and approval process was great. Also they gave me second opinion on a expensive service need that dealership told me about. Turns out the dealership was wrong and I dont need to spend $980 that I didnt have. Looks like I found a good trustworthy garage.

Great people here. Went to 4 mechanics and made multiple calls regarding a drive cycle issue with my Hyundai. No one could help me so that I could get through DEQ. The owner, Nick, actually drove my car home to do part of the drive cycle himself. I then just had to drive to Salem and back and the cycle was fixed! I am extremely grateful and on top of that they didn't charge me anything!
