I came in and was greeted, and the service writer listened to a couple of issues on the new truck and took it in for an oil change. The shop was clean and everyone was nice. My service was done in a timely manner within the time I expected. All issues were addressed and I am happy with my service. If I wasn't you'd know it!!! LOL!!

Prompt email response. When found car elsewhere emailed salesperson that I'd keep her contact info for future & no response, like she got no sale immediately so she was done. Not the way to build business... gave me a bad impression of this dealership. I want to purchase a new Jeep in the future but I will shop elsewhere, contact info deleted. Thank you.

They got me in and out in a fast time. I am very satisfied with work done and the interaction I had with the service representative. Everyone seemed very professional. I am concerned that they have discontinued their oil change packages. This was a nice enticement and benefit to their repeat customers. Hopefully, this is a temporary situation as was expressed by the service advisor.

Staff is great,shop is nice, waiting room is OK. The wait was concerning after my truck sat by the service writer for almost half hour before it moved to the back. Once it got to rack it was fast.
