They got me right in and took care of my issue and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I got better service from them than I do from my own dealership where I bought my Jeep.

My Air Conditioner Evaporator Core was bad, so they removed and replaced same. During the work, an A/C line was found leaking so that was also replaced. After all work completed they made sure everything worked by test driving before letting me know it was ready for pick up. I would give the Service Dept Mechanics 10 stars, if I could. They are very experienced and I trust them 100% to take care of my 2008 Charger. Job Well Done!

I came in and was greeted, and the service writer listened to a couple of issues on the new truck and took it in for an oil change. The shop was clean and everyone was nice. My service was done in a timely manner within the time I expected. All issues were addressed and I am happy with my service. If I wasn't you'd know it!!! LOL!!

My 2008 Charger had brake failure. Found the Master Brake Cylinder needed removed and replaced. This was completed and the car checked over to ensure It was ready for the road. I am very grateful to the Service Dept and the Mechanics who worked on my car.

Prompt email response. When found car elsewhere emailed salesperson that I'd keep her contact info for future & no response, like she got no sale immediately so she was done. Nicholasville Dodge was able to fix the recall on my Fiat 124 Spider quickly and easily. Freedom Dodge in Lexington was not able to fix it. Don't go to Freedom Dodge if you can avoid it. Head to Nicholasville Dodge instead.

Staff is great,shop is nice, waiting room is OK. The wait was concerning after my truck sat by the service writer for almost half hour before it moved to the back. Once it got to rack it was fast.
