Natalie was amazing. Very helpful and always keeping me updated. She is a treasure. The service dept is a whole other situation. I was gaslit into thinking my damaged transmission was normal. As it turns out, they had to replace it because it was damaged by them. As a woman and a customer of lexus for approximately 15 years, that was a complete turnoff and I am not sure I'll be purchasing cars from that dealership going forward.

Kevin understood the problem and gave me options of what it could entail. I immediately ordered a loaner car which helped me overcome my stress with a house full of out of town guests so a car was essential.

The service was excellent. I had quite a bit of work done on my vehicle but before it had begun I was shown pictures of the work that was needed. My Service Advisor (Chris Cortez) explained everything to me and the amount of time that was required. Rest assured I will return for periodic maintenance as well as more major work.
