Poor customer service. I had a confirmed appointment for an oil change and was told over the phone that I could drop off the car and pick it up any time before 6 PM. But when I arrived, the so-called service advisor told me, "You can't drop it off for the whole day just for an oil change." Seriously? Then why does it take you 34 hours to complete only an oil change?

I had an excellent experience at New Country Lexus. Rob Moskowitz was a pleasure to work with. He was organized, reasonable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I also appreciated how straightforward and honest he was. Because of the excellent customer service here, I was able to purchase the perfect NX hybrid that I searched all over for. I would definitely recommend New Country to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The service advisor was great and kept me updated throughout the entire process. On top of that. The detailed video by the technician of the actual diagnosis and the path forward really helped a lot. I don't ever trust my car with anybody else (I'm the only one that works on it) but the team here really actually knows what they're doing.

Went in for a oil change and NYS inspection which was mentioned at the counter. I got the video as they usually do with tire measurements and recommendations. Called to confirm if NYS inspection was done for about 2 hours and no one picked up. Finally got a text saying it was done. I'm guessing it was forgotten. This was on a low mileage GS350 approximately 2k miles

The usual service was performed timely, however, at this time we asked to diagnose the screen that stopped working only to find out we would have to pay $300 for diagnostic and then $1900 for a replacement unit for a car of only 6 years. Ridiculous to think Lexus wouldn't take this repair on and maintain the client experience resulting in us selling the car 2 weeks later. I am saddened to say this will by my last Lexus.

New Country Lexus of Great Neck was busy, but kept everything clean. They are well staffed and service was excellent. Restrooms are clean and lounges are relaxing as I waited for them to inspect the vehicle. They provided a loaner when they needed more time to replace the brakes and shave the rotors. Service was completed in 4 hours.

I was listed as having had my complimentary 10,000 mile service, but I only had a couple of hundred miles over 5,000 miles on my odometer. This is not fair. This was not explained to me. I feel it is no way to treat a customer. I should still be able to get my 10,000 mile complimentary service which I reach 10,000 miles.

Very good service. Recommendations having been a customer of many dealerships: 1. Please provide some coffee, bagels, things to eat and drink. Your waiting room is like a rundown city hospital waiting room. 2. Please think about providing a car wash for all customers. We wait patiently for our cars and this is a service many dealerships provide for free.

New Country Lexus of Great Neck is terrific. They are professional, prompt and friendly. Everything you want in a service company. The only thing they should reinstate is washing the car before returning it to the client. They suspended this service (during COVID, I believe) and replaced it with a voucher for a local car wash - which is inconvenient. Other than that, they're great.

It was any easy process with the salesman. He was able to find a car for my lease with everything that I wanted. When I picked up the car they took their time to explain all the functions in the car. They setup my online key and connected my phones to my car. The finance manager explained everything that I was leasing with a financial breakdown.
