They did a good job and everyone is easy to work with. but I always feel like they find stuff thats going to cost another $2000. I took it in for an 80000 mile check and the tech recommended to replace gaskets to the front axle. Really at 80000? Hard to know if the work is really required

The prices are this repair facility are EXPENSIVE $269 per hour, and they charge by the hour. If you have a 20-minute service, you will be charged $269! They did not complete my alignment as this service states; however, I was charged for the "attempted" alignment. I would not recommend this repair facility unless you want to give your money away.

I bent a rim on a pretty gnarly pothole and New Country was able to mount new tires, fix the rim, and perform an alignment all in one day. Christopher my service rep was great.

They gave a flyer to get the benefits of a new oil change program but didn't discuss it with me. I read it and when I picked up the car, it was too late according to the service advisor. I could've saved more than 600$. poor service

I paid for tire rotation but they took my money and didn't made their job. I checked it and was angry. After they spent another 60 minutes of my life they made tire rotation in the wrong direction so now I hear unbearable noise. Poor professionals. Also tried to charge me extra for already paid oil change and labor. Worst mini dealer I ever visited

My car was taken in at the scheduled time. Manesha was very professional, she explained the time frame required for the software update. The shuttle driver was friendly during the ride for the drop off and the pick up from my work.

Slow and expensive. It shouldn't take 2.5 hours to change a tire! Then they had the nerve to charge me $50 for installation. When I asked for a small adjustment, they said no because they don't make enough profit on the tire even though I spent almost $900 the day before. Well, they won't be making any more profit off of me. I'm switching back to BMW of Watertown.

New Country MINI has been very good at backing their work. I had an issue with striping that they apply months ago and it started to peel a little bit. I voiced my concern and they set up an appointment, replaced the striping and gave me a 2020 loaner.

You have forgot to add replaced valve cover which was the main thing in service.
I'm not fulfilled with the service, the service advisor knew that the car was not washed and I requested him for a wash because it has bird dropping over it and he ignored my request. I can feel the car vibration still.
