When I checked in, the staff member at the counter explained the work to be done and the fees, and showed me where the waiting room was. After the work was completed and I had paid, the staff member showed me to where my car was. Everything about the service was excellent for me.

TRavis my service center customer representative was very helpful, kind, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I have recently had the pleasure of working with him as I unfortunately had to purchase 4 new tires over this most recent pothole season. My Jetta Sel has low profile tires which I do not like nor would reccommend having for the Capital Region of Albany, NY.

This was the first time I was dissatisfied with Nemer's service. There are three reasons. First, this was a scheduled inspection service, according to the vehicle. The dealership should have notifed me that the services would cost $500. Second, the technician left greasy fingerprints all over various surfaces. Finally, the technician didn't reset the service warning, I have to look at that for the next 600 miles.

Service was okay but communication could've been better. Arrived at the dealership and was told that VW wouldn't do my scheduled 10k service since my 5k service was done only a few month back, wish they could've told me earlier so I don't have to waste time driving back and forth.

Brought vehicle to diagnose the engine light cause (code P0017) They didn't find what is the cause and how to fix, instead suggested "the fix" of unrelated problem they found. Left dealership $150 short in my wallet without determining what was the cause of the P0017 code.

Mike, my contact person during the service while I waited, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He recommended we flush and change brake fluid, and change the pollen filter. Cabin filter was pretty clean so did not change. Put off flush and change transmission fluid for next time....pretty pricy! Car did not get washed...???

Pam was great about explaining how to reset the digital display on the dashboard. The service advisor whose name I don't recall assured me that the mechanics would examine why the car's emergency brake sometimes sticks (the problem wasn't replicated in the shop). The mechanics lubricated the brake parts for me. Thank you.

Went for inspection, routine maintenance, and oil light staying on. Very expensive to fix "vacuum" problem with oil. Informed of a new problem I had no indication of previously. The charge to fix the new problem was outrageous! Nemer inspected my vehicle and let me go home. Barely made it to my house and it sounded like the car was going to fall apart. Fixed at a local shop for half the price.
