every one was very nice and knowledgeable. it is dealership that I trust very much. There was no hidden charges. They took care of the items I needed to be taken care off. I asked them to look the car over. they did and did not find anything wrong. In my opinion good work and honesty is what I looked for, and I received both. It was my first time there and the experience was far above my expectations.

Frank, the service advisor, is consistently arrogant and condescending toward customers. He lacks basic customer service skills and seems more interested in boasting about his 30 years of experience than actually helping find solutions. Instead of addressing concerns, he argues over repair details and makes it feel like he's doing a favor just by doing his job. After my most recent experience, I won't be returning.

I went in for recall service. It needed annual inspection and oil change, so I I said, why not do it all. Well their guy failed the inspection for "severely rusted" rotors. Quoted $2,000 to change rotors and brakes.
I brought it to my mechanic who says the rotors and brakes are fine, here's your inspection sticker. My mechanic quoted me $580 for the same job had it actually been necessary. Nemer is criminally.crooked.
