Liked it was completed on time. Had both scheduled service items completed (oil change, tire rotation, coolant flush, differential oil replaced) and 2 investigative items looked into (check engine light and battery test). Everything completed same day however after receiving the vehicle back with no check engine light on it came back on the next day again while driving.

The next morning I had a front flat tire
I had to pay to have my car towed to Queensbury and even had to rent a car
For paying 1300.00 for 4 tires THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED
I SOULD GET SOME KIND OF CREDIT FOR MY TOWING AND RENTING A CAR
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THERE OR GET ANY SERVICE DONE FROM THEM!

Just purchased truck and remote starter not working. Took them 1.5 hours to tell me it never had a remote starter to begin with and the fab was swapped and then wouldn't accept my warranty claim because it would take them too long to get paid even though I arrived early and went through that with them prior to the service. I avoid this dealership.

We were very impressed with the technicians video of the planned repairs of our Dodge Truck, most of the repair went smoothly, the one item we had to go back for was rapidly taken care of. This shop listened to our concerns and did the right thing by taking care of the outstanding issue. All in all we are very pleased with both the service and communication of this service department.

every one was very nice and knowledgeable. it is dealership that I trust very much. There was no hidden charges. They took care of the items I needed to be taken care off. I asked them to look the car over. they did and did not find anything wrong. In my opinion good work and honesty is what I looked for, and I received both. It was my first time there and the experience was far above my expectations.

Frank, the service advisor, is consistently arrogant and condescending toward customers. He lacks basic customer service skills and seems more interested in boasting about his 30 years of experience than actually helping find solutions. Instead of addressing concerns, he argues over repair details and makes it feel like he's doing a favor just by doing his job. After my most recent experience, I won't be returning.
