I was able to make a service appointment in a timely fashion and my service experience was the best it could be. My advisor Kevin was polite, professional, and proficient. I will certainly return, and I would recommend their service department.

People were nice, but prices were multiple times what I could have had services completed for at local shop. They charged $199 x3 for checking my vehicle out and doing nothing. One of the recommendations was front & rear windshield wiper replacements for $142 !!! Will never go there again. Save yourself some cash and go somewhere else.

Great service on my 2017 RDX. The one downside for me is the 3% surcharge to use a credit card. Other than that everything is good.

The service was performed ahead of schedule. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle since they needed my car overnight. They did not , however, reset my service notification system. this only took me a few minutes to do, so I'm still very happy with the service.

The visit was good. Went off as planned and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would also like to comment on a previous visit dealing with warranty brake work. Service representative Cynthia was way above and beyond in her job. She almost made it fun to have your vehicle in the shop. It was refreshing to be able to get info and explanations in a timely and easy way. Kudos to Cynthia!

My experience was good, the young lady that waited on us was very nice, friendly, told me what was going on and that they fixed the bean converter, said they had talk to technical people about this problem, and it didn't happen very often, of course I had to be the one this happened to, so far I haven't had the problem any more.

I was taken care of by the service group at Acura At Oxmoor. They did a battery check and found my battery to be efficiently charged. Also while checking out under the hood found a mouse nest. They removed the debris and inspected the area for any damaged wires. I was totally satisfied of the care that they took from my request. I will continue to use Acura At Oxmoor to service both of my vehicles. Jeff Smith

My experience was good I gave a 4 star because customer service was good although I didnt have an appointment to get my oil changed I received service in a timely manner they also rotated my tires however if they would have put air in them and made all tire pressure even I would have given a 5 star review.

I have a Honda accord and have, until recently, always had my oil changed at Honda World. Since the pandemic, getting an appointment at Honda World for an oil change is next to impossible. Acura at Oxmoor, with their first come first serve oil changes, has been a quick option. They also have discount coupons which make the changes very competitive. The the car wash and vacuum is a great plus.
