The girl at the counter told me that my car a 2017 Hyundai Sonata that burns oil needs to have REAL oil NOT synthetic. So, you guys did an oil change but when I checked the receipt days later, you put synthetic in it and Im already a quart low after 2 weeks which you added. They are the best. They do exactly what you needed and if something comes up they call you for approval. They do the work quickly and cleanly. They are polite and do not talk down to females like some men do. They are great and I will only take my car to them.

We took our vehicle, which needed repair, to National Auto in Hudson FL on a Saturday morning. We were quickly greeted by a technician and the issue was also quickly diagnosed. Within less than 90 minutes the part was ordered, delivered and installed in the vehicle. We were treated with kindness.

Took my car in prior to Thanksgiving getaway and the car leaked oil and smell like burning oil all the way to my trip to Nashville and back home the AC stopped working because the car was overheating. THEY forgot to tighten a cap when they did the oil change. Also very expensive for the work that they did.

I'm always confident when I go to National. Ben is so patient when he explains what's wrong - not mansplaining, never condescending. I was shown the worn out part, and given the option of new or rebuilt to replace it. They have a great warranty, (2yr/24,000) that covers nationwide as a result of their AAA and NAPA affiliations.
