They were very thorough, the video was helpful. There were several things to be addressed and it was quite pricey, but I feel like I have a reliable 10 year old Forrester now. I was able to make arrangements to pick vehicle up after a few days as I was out of town. Retrieving it was quick.

I found the service to be excellent. The check-in was quick, the service advisor, I think her name was Aubrey, had all of the information about prior service and was very efficient. All the work was done in about one hour which was very convenient for me.

Service Advisor Ryland very detailed in what needed to be done to my car. Pleasant attitude and helpful upon arrival. Kept me updated with further repairs needed. Shuttle Driver Mike VERY accommodating to my request to bring me home and then pick me up the next day. Pleasant attitude. He even moved my car when it was done to a spot in the crowded lot to make it easier for me to get out to the street. A+ customer satisfaction!

Went in to have winter tires changed over to summers. They were busy, though still able to finish my car sooner than even they predicted. Everything was done fantastically and pricing is transparent and fair. They waiting area is also quite comfortable, with good coffee facilities.

Quick and easy, emission test, and registration. Always fun to sit in the waiting room and eat popcorn for breakfast. However, pet peeve: please turn the volume up on the television! And have a remote control available so customers can choose programs!

Overpriced and charged $85 for a simple software update to the radio that wasn't disclosed. I used to think going to the dealership I bought the car from would be beneficial but no longer feel this way. Also had to wait and extra day to get my car back since the tech working on it had a family emergency. I won't be taking my car back to the dealer for minor maintenance.

I called ahead and was told the dealer had the tires I needed. I waited over an hour, then was told the tires were being transported from another facility. I needed to find transportation to my next appointment, then back to the shop. It was very inconvenient.

Overall pretty good service, got in fairly quickly, service advisor stayed in touch, did not get my tire rotation at no cost (I have a VIP card that includes free tire rotation). Prices have increased substantially and I think I liked the dealership better before it became part of the Ken Garff auto group.
