I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the brakes checked because when I'm driving through a parking lot at a slow pace the brakes squeak. It's doing this through out the day not just when I first drive it in the morning. The service department checked & said sometimes this happens & it's still squeaking. This is a low sound & I don't think it's normal. This is not good service.

They make me set up an appointment to taste drive the car, I showed up they make me walk through the hole parking lot looking for the car that ends up not being at the dealership! Supposedly they used the car as loaner for customers even the appointment and the time was set! Dealership just makes me waste my time!!

We drove 160 miles to test drive a truck. We told them and we're in contact about it. They called us 20 minutes from the site to tell us that the truck had been sold THE DAY BEFORE but they let us drive up regardless. When we got there, no apologies were given, they just tried to sell us trucks that wouldn't meet our needs. Bad experience.

The usual car just sold yesterday cliché that you had your sights on trick to get you in the door to view their inventory on hand that costs twice as much as the car you came to purchase routine. My experience at the dealership was great the car was in great condition and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and were willing to help us with any issue we came across. Most importantly the staff was very patient even when we had to wait an hour to get a check because of some ATM issues. I would definitely be interested in working with them again if I were to ever need to purchase a new vehicle.
