He was excellent in his job, and I hope he is my service advisor the next time I need anything done on my vehicle. Overall, it was a very positive experience with no complaints whatsoever.

The lack of communication with the service department was horrible. I understand issues occur, but leaving for the day and not communicating that my vehicle was not going to be done when promised, is unacceptable. The car they gave me to use overnight, which turned into 5 days, was dirty, smelled, and had very little gas.

Really miss Mike he was my trust worthy person in the service department. This Anthony adviser did not address the issue with my back tire. Which he stated it need to be put on the diagnostic machine..smh. Instead he tried to sell/show me some dirty filters that wasn't from my car. After 9 yrs being faithful with Honda Napleton it's over.

With only 58K miles on my 2019 CRV, I don't know how injectors failed. Service rep said variety of reasons could account for why injectors went bad including bad gas: I buy gas for both my vehicles at same gas station-my 2011 Chev Colorado has more than twice mileage and no injector issues. Costly repair and I now wish I had inspected the injectors that were replaced.
