Theodore helped deliver an amazing service. I was running late for the appt and I apologized for the tardiness and he replied that he was thankful for showing up for the appt. I also had told him how I was trying to drive as many Subarus as possible and I told him all of the models I have driven. He then gave me a Crosstrek as a rental. It's as if he read my mind because that is one of the models I had considered purchasing. I could go on and on but I don't want to ramble too much. This service was amazing.
