I came for a tune-up for my 16'SantaFe w/75k+ miles. While getting that service(which by the way was at a very good price) they performed an 85point vehicle inspection which would have be recommended at 85k.They provided me with pictures of the work done and parts, etc. and their current conditions. After Napleton's thorough attention to the condition and service to my vehicle I'm confident that my SUV is safe to operate.

they kept my car way too long. I took the car in, but they kept contacting my husband. Even after he told them they should talk to the boss. they told him one price, but up the price by $3000 when they talked to me. their salesman asked me to trade it in for a 2025. I love my kia. I,just won't be going to that service spot.

I took my car in for an oil change and a recall. Upon getting my car back my seats were not put back in the correct position as well as my umbrella was broken. Ion calling back to speak with a manager I was told one would get back to me and never did!

we apologize for the situation, the service that you came for required the rear seats be removed for the recall to be performed, honestly the technican did not rememeber the exact position of the seats, so he left them in a default position, which the advisor could have helped make those adjustments at pick up. As far as the umbrella that was broken, please stop in with that broken umbrella, we will try and replace it for you, or give you a gift card to purchase another one.

Poor customer service. The staff before would pull the car around for you. This new staff just give you the key and tell you to look for your car. Staff never follow up or give time updates. It takes 4 hours for an oil change when oil changes takes 20 minutes.

I had an appointment for a Recall. The dealership paid for a Uber driver to take me to my in-laws house while they worked on my car. The problem was when the car was finished they didn't want to pay for the Uber to pick me back up. They complain that it was costing to much at the time. I needed to wait until the price go down. I waited 3 hours for them to decide to send a Uber to pick me up.

Seemed like they were going to help with an engine/warranty issue. Lied about it 2x. 2 new issues since I brought it there the 1st time. My car came back to me and totally died 11 days later, these were NOT a problem before. They've had my car in total from 2 visits about 3 weeks, with no loaner car. I feel stranded and helpless. I contacts hyundai customer care.
