It took 2 hours just for my oil change. They gave me the wrong key when returning it to me, and also did not reset my service monitor in my car OR giving me a new sticker stating when my next service is due.

Hands down the worst car repair experience ever in 30 years. I would never deal with this place again. I would relate it to the extreme amount of employee turnover including management. STAY AWAY.

Although they kept the car a lot longer than expected, it was not a problem since I had other cars to drive. Due to miscommunication, oil change was not done, but Ciara, my service advisor, made it right. She sent coworkers to pick my car the next morning & returned it a few hours later all at no expense to me. I can say service has really improved at the Carmel location.

very poor communication, spoke to 3 different sales representatives and there was zero follow up. I left v/m, emails and text messages, no replies. Buyer beware, I never made it to the dealership due to this, I cant imagine dealing with these people in person, read the reviews!!!

The salesman was a nice cooperative man, but they attempted to put all sorts of additional fees on the car. I was quite disgusted with the extra nearly $10,000 that was added with extras and the tax. I finally fussed and argued with them enough to get most of it off, but left quite a bad taste in my mouth for their business! it was so unfortunate as I really like the car but the service stunk!

Jacob is a great asset to your company!! He is a fantastic greeter who went above and beyond in his service! I left the car at Carmel Napleton and then realized I left my wallet in the car. Jacob saw it put it.in a safe place. He also went out of his way to help me to my car as I have a cane. Wow he is a great greeter and I hope he is recognized!
