I didn't like that I had to again bring my jeep back for the same issue. Oil leak. I'm hoping that it was finally fixed. It shouldn't have taken 3 tries to fix it. That was very stressful for me. My service rep Katelyn was awesome. She helped me get it fixed and she was very nice and professional.

I was told a price then got to the shop and was told a different price for an oil change service.
My tires were rotated and then my steering wheel starts shaking afterwards, would've been nice as a young women new to dealing with jeeps that I should get them balanced afterwards. They were too concerned with telling me the wrong information and not giving any concern towards the matter. Just unprofessional in my opinion.

They were not up front with us. We asked multiple times about them taking cash and the answer was not addressed until we were ready to buy a car. Then a different person told us they didn't take cash. So we would have had no choice but to spend MORE money than they were asking due to interest and monthly payments. It would have been better if they were up front about it.

Very unhappy. Took car in for the second water pump. Less than 13,000 miles.
Explained. I had the purchased the extended warranty at Napleton when purchased the car.
I received a call from advisor the water pump was covered, but the thermostat was not ??? It would cost $232.00. After telling advisor it was replaced with the last water pump and IT was covered. I"m not stupid. Very unethical. very unhappy.

Both times I've brought my vehicle in I've been told it was a problem that was. Not accurate and quoted astronomical prices just to 'see' what the problem might be. Before another, highly inflated estimate was given. Both times the vehicle was taken to another repair shop where the problem was accurately diagnosed and repaired for a large fraction of the cost. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Ever.

Friendly warm and inviting service area and staff. Took a little to long, about 3 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and reflash of a module. But i still recommend the service department. Just stay away from the sales department. Rude and insulting!
