I have taken my BMWs to Nalley for service since 2006. With a lone exceptions, I have always gotten straight advice on what maintenance should be done and which can be put off to another visit - never any run-around. This visit was no different. I have complete trust in TIM McGINLEY in keeping up with the "now" repairs and the postponed repairs. He deserves the 5 starts as do the mechanics that work with him.

My service was 5 stars! My assigned technician was not available that day but that was not a problem because Kevin was customer friendly and kept me informed about my vehicle. I used to go to the Gwinnett location but I'm sold on Nalley Decatur now!

One of the sensors for stability control and ABS recently failed. I have a very busy and somewhat chaotic schedule which can make it challenging to get an important repair done quickly. Even though they were very busy, they managed to squeeze me in when I showed up in the service department at Nalley. Thanks, Nalley, and a particular thanks to my service advisor, Tim!

I purchased a set of tires and the tire pressure monitoring light came on. In addition to there's something hanging out of my wheel well and the car wasn't given to them in that condition. Just seems as though I received sub par service and I won't ever go back to them.

I didn't enjoy my experience. I purchased my 2013 335i brand new from this dealership. The dealership has serviced my car for nearly 14 years but my last service was horrible and I will never return. I believe the dealership charged me for a service that was never performed. I attempted to contact my service advisor but never received a return call to address my issue. I can't trust this dealership anymore.

Nice people, but the loaner car they gave me was not clean on the inside or outside. They had my car for 7 days and could not fix my window because they couldn't locate the part. It was a waste of time and energy. I will have to come back again whenever they locate the part.

It's always a pleasant experience. Ms. Dorothy greets everyone with a smile and offers beverages. The technician alerts you to any necessary services and works to ensure a positive experience. My only complaint was waiting an extra 30 minutes for the car wash and it was not working.

I took my car in for a recall after the service. My vehicle was leaking antifreeze after reaching back out to BMW they tried to tell me my vehicle was like that before I brought it to them. I explained to them it wasn't. I was very disappointed in the service from the service agent and the technician.

Told me my service would be an hour, but took 4 hours.
I was interested in possibly trading my car if for an upgrade and they only advised on the trade in value of my vehicle. Did absolutely nothing else to show my any vehicles they had there that would be a good fit.
