Almost 6 months to fix our Jeep. Jeep was handed back to us filthy. Not even an effort to clean. No oil change NOTHING. Horrible service to your customer who has bought several car at this dealership. Never offered a rental car, at any point. Something needs to be done. This was a unexceptable way to tray a customer. Same song and dance every call. WE even had to go to the dealership to make sure the vehicle was started. Is this seriously ok?? Pretty sure I will not receive a call or make it rig
