I'm a regular customer for over 15 years getting oil changes and inspections on my vehicles. Nobody else has done my oil changes. Alway's met by friendly workers and quick service.
This time I went during Thanksgiving week and this was probably one of the busiest times of the year for them. I needed an inspection and an oil change. Each lane was 3 cars deep, but still I only waited about 25 minutes to have all this done. Plus got a discount as a returning customer and having both services done.
Well done Mustang Elite Lube Center!

They were friendly and fast. They fixed the issues for no charge as this particular issue has happened 4 times. I did not like the fact they tried to sell me air filters and cabin filter which was over twice the price I normally pay at my oil change place. I went to my oil change place and told them to replace the filters. He pulled my engine filter and showed me that it was barely dirty. It was still white ands didn't need replacement. The cabin filter was dirty and he replaced it.I recommend Toyota service for a mechanical issue, but not for regular maintenance like air filters, windshield wipers, etc.
