This is a work truck. It took 3 weeks and we had to keep calling to get any information on the repairs. The truck has been out of shop for 18 days this includes week ends. Go to start it this morning and it does not start at all. I guess it will be back at service center again. Another few weeks, I guess. This ford truck has been a nightmare. So white vehicles can be lemons. I guess I can't blame service, its a Ford.

Staff was helpful, it's just way too expensive to change a spark plug in 2025! $1350.00!!! I recommend everyone start watching YouTube vids or pay the shade tree mechanic and pray for a good outcome! Cuz you'll get flat out robbed at a dealership!!
