Submitted a very specific inquiry asking about whether or not it was manual or automatic and when I could see it got about 10 emails trying to ask me about the right fit car and a bunch of other stuff without answering the question obviously just generating sales leads that eventually the car was pulled from listings by the time I never got an answer

This dealership is close to 1 hour away from our home. We were fortunate to be able to drop the car off for service with the expectation that we would pick it up the next day. Unfortunately, a key part had to be ordered and the expectation was that it would be 2-3 days before it arrived. We were expecting to need to make another round trip in a few days, but when we arrived the next day, the part had come in and was already installed!
