Have had nothing but problems. They forgot to tighten all the lug nuts on the front passenger side, next time they lost my car and it took forever to find it. They said they were vacuuming it but that didn't happen. Then I get it home and they didn't reset the service mileage. But I'm stuck in a service program so there you have it.

Our service was fine. However there are limitations on some services which you have had in the past due to your extended, ongoing remodeling. Your remodeling HAS been ongoing for a very long time. It will effect any future purchases for vehicles we make.

I was happy with the service. I was a little concerned about the cost. I was told that the ideas I was having repaired would be about $500.00. It ended up costing around $560.00. Car repairs now days is so expensive. We not only pay alot for the cars but we pay alot for the repairs. I think they did a good job.

Took it in for a recall also it not wanting to go when u push on the gas along with a oil change. Well supposedly they did everything but then the service guy tries to sale me on a new battery a service for this a service for that. After all that same problem I had when I took it in, and some of things the guy was trying to upsale me on no problems that he said were problems. Probably wont be taking it there ever again

This location is very busy. I have 3xs now booked the 1st appt at 7:30 am only to find when I arrived 10 Minutes early- there were 3 others ahead of me for the same time slot and I had to wait a half hour before I could confirm my appt and then wait for a tech after giving my key to come and get it for service.
It's the only location in Cache Valley.

It takes this dealership 1 hour 45 minutes to do a routine inspection and change my oil, even though I had an appointment for my service. This seems to be their normal. Not acceptable. I only still have my oil changed by the dealership because I purchased lifetime oil changes when I purchased the vehicle.

I trust the service department at Murdock Hyundai in Logan. Jesse is always my "go-to guy." To find mechanics one consistently experiences as trustworthy is important! Given COVID and far less driving than under "normal" circumstances, I have driven very few miles since the last service. Jesse was clear that I still have about 2,000 miles before the oil must be changed.

Mitch does a great job at letting you know what needs done. I like the video that they sent showing me what they have done. It had the air filter on the video, as well so you could see how dirty they were. Seeing is believing, as they say I think it is a great way to let me know whats going on with their car.

I loved how they washed and vacuumed my car before they gave it back. I liked the service writer that I dealt with he was nice and professional. I did not like how small the waiting room was. But the best part of the waiting room was that they had a soda machine to let people have drinks while they wait.

They were quick to get my car in and helped with other another issue I had outside of fixing/ checking the recalls. My only complaint is that they never asked what kind of oil I ran and so they placed conventional in where I run full synthetic so I had to pay for another oil change. Other than that all persons involved were super nice and were able to answer all questions I had. I will be returning for other services.

Excellent service at Murdock Hyundai in Hyde Park-they were able to get me in at a moment's notice and service my car right then.
