Jon Robison was our sales person! He was very patient and took time to explain all of the electronics of the car to us and our daughter. It was the first time we can say that we enjoyed buying a car. Very impressed with the fast and friendly service. I didn't have to wait long, the service writers were very professional and friendly and the technician got my vehicle in and serviced quickly. I would highly recommend this Quick Lane and Tanner McReynolds as the best technician. Very knowledgeable.

Service was great. It was a very quick check-in, wait was not long for the shuttle, the shuttle driver was so nice dropping me off to my front door and then picking me up later to get my car, and picking up my car was also a breeze. The only suggestion I have is that the service advisor go over the results of the service with the customer even if there are no issues found. Otherwise a great experience.

They did not inspect anything. I spoke to a guy named josh and he didnt know what a symmetrical tire was. My car sat in the bays with nobody working on it for 15 minutes. When they pulled it out to the parking lot I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to call me up to the counter for the invoice. It was a horrible customer experience.

The stated on their paperwork that they did a vehicle checkup, but once unasked for the sheet the advisor said they don't really check. Then I had to come back because my my front was wobbling. They said it's because the rim was bent. It didnt do that before so why is it doing it now? And you mean to tell me you let me leave with that condition. Will not be going back.

My car started running rough and the engine light came on. Took it in right away. The staff at Mullinax are very friendly and helpful! Despite a full schedule, they fit me in. Within a few hours, I got a call, they had diagnosed the problem (a mouse had chewed up one of the injector wires) and it was fixed the next morning. No doubt they have a return customer in me. Well done Mullinax Ford!

Mullinax Ford recognized that the clutch on my Ford fiesta needed replacing and that it was under extended warranty. They replaced the clutch in 1 day, provided shuttle service. I appreciate that they chose to replace the clutch and not just continue to re-calibrate.

truck is getting close to 100k miles so i had to replace my fuel filter while i test drove a couple cars. they want entirely to much money to do the spark plugs and boots so i am going to end up doing them myself. other then that the customer service was above average

Overpriced for the service I got, my appointment was for 9:30 I did not get out of the shop till after 12:30 for my engine put on a diagnostic machine, that was way too long! Than they quoted me $200.00 for a set of plug wires that I can get at NAPA for $56.00. I will do all I can to avoid coming back to this dealership to have any work done in the future.

Lost my key fob and went to the closest ford. They charged $40 more for the key then the ford dealer 30 mins away. When I went to check out they charged an extra $4.90 for misc parts. Then they said it was just a charge the computer automatically puts in and you have to ask for it to be removed!

oil was changed i think. tires were to be rotated but. i only have one working tmp sensor and its still in the same spot? i know the tech took the wheels off but did not pay attention to if he actually rotated the tire and upon getting in my truck it still has the one sensor in the back right where it was before the rotation. disappointing. the tech also left the seat in a short person setting. im a 500lbs 6 foot tall man. not a short person. next time ill keep a better eye on the techs.
