I had an appointment scheduled, of my vehicle didn't get service until a much later time I had to have a loaner, for another appointment. I had to inquire about my vehicle being completed. After retrieving my vehicle I had black stains from the mechanics hand in seats and steering wheel no courtesy wash and short handed on workers.

I liked that I got in and out pretty quickly. I got there about an hour early and they worked me right in. Also, the team member was nice. I didn't like that an oil change was $150 or so. The salesperson told me that I had a discount for it to be approximately $50 cheaper, but I would have needed to print out a coupon that was emailed to me and I'm yet to find.
