My car was taken into the service area as soon as I arrived at my appointed time. The service was done quickly while I waited in the customer service lounge area and I was on my way to my next errand in what seemed like a short time. I'm always treated like a guest by the entire staff.

The check in process, as always, was great. New to me this time was the ability to choose a time for your oil change if you were planning to wait for your car. The appointment enabled me to know what time to be there for prompt check in and the assurance that my car would be in the shop and on the rack promptly. The staff of Mullahey Service continues to be friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
