Jesse was exceptional and knowledgeable about the services I was there for. I needed an oil change. I also got my tires rotated for $25. They also washed my car. Then Jesse told me I get free car washes for life. The service was great. I highly recommend them, an Jesse too.

One of things that gets old with Mtn. View Nissan of Dalton is they never keep up with inspections. Or the mechanics don't bother pulling up the history. Because it's random every time what passes inspection and what doesn't. I have a drive belt put on during July and now they're saying the new one is bad. It doesn't even have 10,000 miles on it.

My experience was very awful my windshield was cracked and my passenger side door bottom frame from the outside was broken it keeps coming off I noticed it while driving it came off and I noticed my windshield when I was driving and called 2-3times and they keep saying someone will contact you but until today no one has called me Iam very disappointed I had never had a problem with Nissan service until today!!!

Service was good. The only thing that I wish that could be different is they always try to sell move services and make me feel that I have major problems that are critical that need to be fixed and need to spend more money to get items corrected, when all I needed was an oil change.

I took my keys to have them fixed, due to the recall. I was very surprised to learn that they where going to check and wash my car. It wasn't due for a check up. They do that every time you bring it in! The rep. Janet was very nice and made me feel very special!!

Say they washed car, but the bird poo didnt come off. Still havent replaced trim that keeps coming loose since new (2022) and left a valve stem cap off front driver side front tire during rotation. These are small things, but they add up. They are good friendly people though.

In order to keep your truck in top condition they recommend that I get the fuel induction service to get rid of your carbon buildup. This dealership is pet friendly
