Super happy with the service here and will continue going to them, but they have been consistently difficult to reach on the phone. When your call bumps to voicemail, their message says to send a text - and when you do, they never call/text back - or if they do, it's way too late. They need to hire another person to man the phones. Other than that, they've been fabulous so far.

My regular shop doesn't have an alignment rack. I was hesitant about trying another shop. Mt. Pleasant Auto Center was great.
The appointment process was somewhat different. I am used to calling and talking to someone. When I couldn't get someone on the phone, I went online and made the appointment there.
They took the car in as soon as I arrived. I walked to a nearby breakfast place and returned an hour later to find the mechanic parking the car. He explained everything they found in the alignment and assured me all was well.
As I was checking out, the service writer (owner?) showed me a comparison of how my car came in, the specs, and how it is now. He assured me that if anything wasn't to my satisfaction, they would take care of it.
