Came for tires and left with tires. Ordered my tires here and the price was the same or better than my usual online go to Tire Rack. In and out in about 2 1/2 hours. They do a multi point inspection along with the installation. I would trust them doing my Mom's car brakes. Nice people to work with and not the typical pushy service writer types that suggest things you do not need.

Was in from out of town picking up a family member at the airport when I had an issue with one of my tires. Other shops wouldn't even find time to help me but the people at Mr Tire fit me in and took care of everything. A great help when I needed it.

This was the 2nd time my Check Tire Pressure light went on in 2 weeks and Mr. Tire in Sterling took me right away and discovered nothing serious. First time was a nail and second time was the awful cold/rain weather. I was out within an hour both times and no charge! They are the best!!! (But it might be time for a new car - mine is 11 years old).

This team really took care of me. Unexpectedly my car broke down basically in front of this location and they took me right in and worked with me with the costs. I truly appreciate this team a lot. It's hard to find a car shop that cares instead of charging off the bat.

My DRIVER rear tire had a visible screw. Took it to Mr. Tire and they replaced it. Within 24 hrs, the tire was flat again. They replace the wrong tire and put a new tire on the PASSENGER rear. Luckily, they were able to retrieve the tire they had originally taken off as defective. More time in the shop than I had intended to spend due to their error.

Arrived early for my 9 AM appointment and was told to sit down and will have exhaust checked in 35 minutes or so. At 9:40 they looked at the exhaust for a few minutes and suggested I try Midas for some welding which Mr. Tire does not do. I was told there was no charge but then was asked to pay $45. It came to over $49 with a $4.50 shop fee. I have dealt with some good people there before but not this time.

The good part of it was that the car was taken in immediately, what was odd was that even though I had informed them that there was 4 OZ of balancing beads that needed to be removed from the tires, they came back and added an extra $20 to the tire balancing process. A $72 dollar quote ended up costing 40 cents shy of $100. But they did have the time to recommend additional services based on my car's mileage. All their recommendations were wrong since all have been done not more than 2 months ago as prep for safety and emissions inspection. Be cautious, and do your homework.
