I was treated fairly. Someone at another company tried to charge me 1000$ for tires I didn't need. Tony and his staff corrected the minor issue with my tire and didn't charge me a thing. That's why I went back to them to have my automobile serviced. They are first class!

Person at the desk was mad at me for being a customer. They said they would call me when the car was done. After two hours, I tried calling several times and no one answered. When I got down there five minutes later to see what was going on, there my car was, ready to go. Didn't bother to let me know. I drive for a living and had to really hustle the rest of the day. Never going back. Customer service was atrocious.

I was told it would take an hour to put my new tires on. I told them they could have 2 hours because I had errands to run around in the shopping center that Mr. Tire is located in. I got back it was another 2 hours before my car was done so 4 hours total.

Facility was clean and neat. There was difficulty programming TPS, had to take to another shop.. they stayed was pre programmed and they just synced with my car with plug under steering wheel column.. Workers are all friendly ..just at lost why shop of this caliber was unable to program TPS sensors and tool was dated.. but overall.. service was great..

Different than the Branch in Downtown, the fella at the front desk in this Frendly Center location was personable and efficient. The engine oil change was performed quickly and included a free tire rotation, always a plus and a rarity on service nowadays. I will return without a doubt.

It seems that the issue was detected and repaired.
They could improve their time scheduling especially with the available technology that you don't have long waiting times. According to their tool issue they could not complete it in one day and proceeded the next day.
I just hope they are able to improve their organization.

After going back in for a check on a tire patch that did not hold completely (that visit was quick and well done too) they ended up erring
on their side (versus blaming the tire for being faulty) and gave me a new tire for free! They were very professional and kind. Definitely recommend.

Didn't grant my request for tire rotation because they are looking to sell new tires than helping customers to save for now while maintaining road safety. Also, my spare tire was not put back properly at the back. They just put it where it should be without locking the screw. I have to do it by myself.
