I've used several different Mr. Tire locations hoping that one of them did honest work. The ALL stated they rotated my tires, but none of them did. When I finally got fed up and told them that I know the tires weren't rotated because I marked them; they lied again and changed their story to I didn't need a tire rotation. This despite the fact that I requested the rotation AND they marked my receipt as if they had rotated them. Dishonest!
They lie and, at least the Severna Pak store, used scare tactics to get car owners to replace expensive parts that don't need replaced.
