They Forgot to re-attach the skid plate cover underneath truck and it was dragging on the road. 4 screws hold it in place, 1 is totally missing now and 2 were so loose that is ripped where they holes are. Only 1 screw halfway on was holding the skid plate to the truck. Skid plate cover needs to be replaced now due to the damage.

The guy I've seen at the front both times has been great. Service is fast and within normal ranges of price. There's no hassle other than the fact that the website/confirmation systems never seem to sync up, so they never know I'm coming. Not a big deal at all though since they always just see me anyway.

Counter yech was good for info on getting tires and calling to update the tires I ordered couldn't be done so I was able to pick out a set of diffrent tires .I needed the tires to be done that day, so my wife could drive her vehicle. I would not let her drive with the tires cracking and possibly blowing out while she was driving. I gave 4 stats due to the service tech not filling all the tires up with appropriate tire pressure.

Very satisfied! The gentleman at the desk was friendly upon my arrival. I told him my issue, he went and looked at the screw in my tire and said it was fixable. Told me he would get me in and out as soon as possible. Took about 45 minutes. Problem solved!
The other Mr Tire down the street told me the tire was not repairable and in order for them to fix it, I would need to replace all 4 of my Bridgestone tires "because my vehicle is an AWD". I'm not sure who he thought I was, but I literally left that shop and went to this one. So happy!
