New staff. The tech was filthy and wore dirty shorts and t-shirt. Absolutely zero protection of seats or steering wheel. Cost me 45 minutes to clean my door panel, arm rest, steering wheel and seat. And tire pressures were not as required by manufacturer - 36/44 and what I got was 35 at all 4 corners. They did take the time to quote me brakes and tires. Just be prepared to cleanup and adjust your tire pressure yourself.

This is the second time I have brought my car to Mr tire
Both times to fix a flat tire
Both times they said they couldn't patch it
The first time after being told my tire was unfixable
The female customer service rep named a few lower priced tires then put Toyos on the low priced list.
I picked the toyo tires since she said they are near the same price point
I came in to fix a tire $30 spent $540
On 1/31 had another flat brought it to Mr Tire in Dunkirk MD again
Explained fix the flat on the back drivers side Put the 2 new tires on the front
If the flat tire can't be fixed put the 2 new tires on the back
and don't do anything to the 2 front tires
They couldn't fix the flat still put the new tires on the front
When Matt the service tech told me that
I told him again put the 2 new tires on the back leave the front tires alone
So Matt had the techs move the 2 new tires to the back and reinstall the flat tire on the Driverside front So now my car is undrivable with a flat tire they installed Mr Tire Dunkirk MD is the typical less than honest car repair business
They say they can't fix your tire because the hole is to close to the side wall The nail in my tire was at least 2 inches from the side wall
They told me this BS story hoping to sell me tires
Don't take your car to Mr Tire Dunkirk MD They didn't call me when they couldn't do the service I requested and did what they pleased
These guys are no good and since I've use the Dunkirk MD location twice over the last 15 months This shows me they have been dishonest for a long long time
