Service recommendations were reasonable. They didn't push to do front brakes, and only replaced one (damaged) rear caliper when requested. Strong solved smel in cabin when I picked it up. Not unusual for brake work. That dissipated in a couple days.

My wait for an oil change was ridiculously long! For them to take my keys and have me waiting 3 hours instead of asking me to come back at a specific time. The two men who were working at the time were extremely rude. The young lady was pleasant enough. They were very rude when I declined all the extra services because I only came for an oil change!

so far so goo. Dropped off my car for an oil change and routine inspection (especially my brakes). I got a call to let me know what the issues werer (confirmed my brakes need to be done) and picked up my vehicle an hour later. I will be returning. Thank you for the good customer service.

Overpriced. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation; they didn't rotate the tires. 4 employees just milling about. No sense of urgency or integrity. Would not return even if the services were free.

Went for new tires and a brake job. About 10 days later I heard a rattling in the front driver's side. We took it to a different Mr. Tire and they told us the caliber wasn't tightened down right! We spent a lot of money getting tires and brakes and someone didn't do their job correctly! I'm not sure I'll be using them again!

Thanks to the quality repair at Mr Tire my Subaru is back in business. My back breaks were bad and they found the fronts were no better. Along with a new battery, my car drives like new. They got the job done in one day and customer service was good from start to finish.
