I appreciate That they worked with me as best they could for what my service need entailed. But, never-the-less I scheduled an appt. and took the day off with no resolve for that day. Meaning, I had to schedule another day to finalize the same work request.

From the get-go Mr Tire was on top of their game for customer service. They checked me in immediately upon arrival and took my car back for the oil change and tire rotation which was included in the price. Check these guys out and I think you'll be happy with their service.

I called for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and the said we can take you now. Two and a half hours later I'd had an oil change, tire rotation, front brakes done and was home again eating lunch. I don't guarantee it's always that quick, I was lucky.

I ran into them with the presumption of a flat tire and came out with an oil change which was due anyway. Staffs are super courteous, helpful and always kept me updated as they were inspecting the car. Appointment was very fast to secure and I was out in about 35 minutes. Thank you Mr. Tire for taking me in such short notice. Will be back!

Made my appointment the day before for 9 am, and was out by 10:30 and knew exactly how much it was going to be.
I got my tires there about 6 months ago. The thing I found interesting was, the tires were the same price as up the street, but out the door was $100 cheaper.

Top notch service. My wife had a nail in her tire, preventing her from returning back to Maryland. The service person plugged the tire from the outside, and patched it on the inside. It took less than 1 hour and she was able to return to Maryland with little delay.

I let my son take the car in for inspection. They said that my tires needed to be changed. The tires were almost 1 year old. They also told him that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Was this said because he looks 17 and they thought they saw easy money. I had him take it to another shop and he asked them to check those items. They said there was nothing wrong with those items. I will not send another car to Mr. Tire.
