I ordered tires online that were installed and balanced by the shop. After installation the I noticed a lot of vibration in my tires and returned to the shop to have my tires balanced.Well the tires were re-balanced and tires were still vibrating once I hit 60mph!
I took my tires to another location to have them balanced and my vibration in my tires went away.

Speedy, wonderful and transparent. This is one of the only shops I will go to if I have an option. From start to finish they're very transparent about prices as well as time, they are also very quick and a good honest nice shop.

Beyond terrible. Didn't know how to process my order. Never called to confirm my appointment, delivery, nor that the service was completed. To top it off, over inflated my tires by 15% above vehicle recommendations.

Avoid this place at all convenience!! My vehicle has new tires and thankfully made it safely home from a 700 mile drive with a nail in the tire. After filling it with air myself, I noticed the nail and for convenience (despite terrible reviews) I brought it to Mr. Tire. Only to leave with the same nail in the tire. A week later, returning the vehicle and they confirmed it was the same nail, (after a couple disgruntled - phone calls with them claiming it was a new nail, we took the approach asking if they could know if the tire had been patched before and they agreed it was the same nail and they repaired it. A day later the other tire was completely flat (no way would have made it 700 plus miles) and a new nail was jammed in the tire. I had it towed to a dealership where, without evidence, everyone agrees they intentionally put the nail there with the location and how quickly it went flat. I barely made it 3 miles home.
