The receptionist/scheduler(s) are very pleasant, welcoming, honest and professional. The price quoted was what I paid, and the job was done quickly and done right. And it was a pretty in depth job. They also gave a very generous warranty on the service provided. Nothing bad to say. I would use them again.

The transmission was having trouble. While Mr Brown had fixed the serpentine and other stuff. He did also work with the transmission components. I'm not sure what he did but it is behaving in a much more stable manner than before and the gears are shifting more smoothly. This took a great load off my mind. I like Mr Aaron Brown and his staff. Without these competent women I don't know how he would get anything done.

Bought a car from Carvana that had a bad transmission when delivered. Towed it to Mr. Cool & got my diagnostic back within 2hrs. Michelle took care of the whole process of dealing with the warranty company & staying in constant contact with me about the service. 1 week later, I get to enjoy my car & they got it back to me right before Christmas.

Went in for a/c repair. Charged me around $50.00 for the test, which I didn't think that was to bad. But then he calls and tells me $1300.00 to repair it. I declined. Went home. Called someone else and got it fixed for less than half of Mr. Cools price. I paid $480.00 and was a mobile service.

I took my car in for an ac check as it was not working (I had the dials on wrong as the ac does actually work). The guy told me after 2.5 hours that it does have a leak (it does not) and bring it back so they can do a thorough check and evacuate what freon is in the system and recharge it. He said maybe around $500. The thing is that nothing was ever done to my car. The machine was never hooked up and was on the opposite side no where near the ac system. This my 2nd bad instance with Mr cool and I will never go back. Thieves and crooks work there.
