Our BMW X4 was serviced here at MP recently and I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the owner concerning BMW's. The service was was done in 1 hour and I was on my way after paying a very reasonable bill compared to be ripped off at a BMW dealership, lol

Very happy with the service. I call make an appointment, the work I need is clearly explained. Once they diagonus the issues they call to confirm work and price along with update time for completion. The receipt clearly shows parts and labor costs. My car interior is always just as I left it. Highly recommend them.

ALWAYS a good experience - nice, knowledgeable and conscientious team - honest, and up front about pricing and what needs to be done; never about what they can do to earn extra money. I've only ever had two garages I trusted implicitly - one I use for my Toyota, Saturn and Chevy, and MP Motorwerks where both of our Mercedes go when they need something I cannot (or just don't want to) address in my garage. Cannot recommend them enough.

The service was described to me in detail, what was needed and why explained. I was kept informed, given a cost estimate and told the work could be completed the same day.
Mid day I was given the call my car was done, the price was in line with the estimate. I was not charged a bunch of other random things and my car was covered in grease stains. Very happy with the work, the staff I interacted with.
